A.) New Business or Replacement Plate Transaction

If you register a vehicle with the incorrect plate number the transaction can be reversed and reprocessed with the correct details, i.e. Personalised Plates was to be attached and standard plate issued.  ASP can now process the invalidation request for replacement plates if received same day as processing otherwise ESP support will authorise.  If the vehicle has left the dealership with the incorrect plate attached a CSC must process the attaching of the correct plate and invalidation request must be refused.
