A.) All Correction Requests on New Personalised Plates Ordered
If you have ordered a set of plates on behalf of a client and they change their mind, you can request a reversal of the sale process to reorder with the correct Style/Type/Theme on the same day only. This request must be made to the ESP-Support via your ASP.
If the order is incorrect and it exceeds the same day, all queries are to be referred to Personalised Plates Queensland for action/advice.
