Rego Easy (DAIS) - Online Support Help and Documentation
Online Support offers you the ability to submit common support issues to us electronically, directly into our support system. Online Support takes advantage of the Internet connection that you already have for DAIS and sends support requests to us in much the same way as you send transactions to Queensland Transport. Another significant advantage is that it allows you to see your Support Requests as they are received, so you know at a glance that we have your request and where it sits in the queue.
Once we resolve your support issue the resolution is sent back to you in the same way and Dealerlogic automatically notifies you when the response is received. The response will appear on your screen and with many transactions, will actually update the stock or client card with the relevant information.
