It is the end of the first financial year since I upgraded to the Dealerlogic Integrated Accounting Package so I want to thank you for your perserverance. The end of this financial year is just NOT a nightmare - all the work is basically done and it's just a matter of reconciling, providing back up documentation for the accountant and getting on with the next year.

Dealerlogic has really "changed my life" for the best! As you know, over the years we have needed to employ an additional administrative staff person - this package has saved us one salary - a non-producing one at that! I can still work "school hours" and get the job done.

The package is very user friendly and our salesman quickly learned their way around the stock side. As with everything new there were a few little hiccups but I've really got to thank your support team, Raylea particularly, and Angie for seeing me through the 1st month; after that, the support notes and manuals really are all you need. (But I wouldn't not subscibe for support!) Your new electronic support is great too.

I expect this EOY to be smooth and hope to surprise my Accountant with an early tax return required.

Have received the wages memo/release advice and look forward to encompassing that as well.
