This system enables dealers to update their software automatically without the use of disks or an Internet connection. Utilising the dial up modem bank or FTP Internet gateway to transfer program updates is simple, effective and fast. Activated by the click of a button, the dealer's software dials into the Dealer Solutions modem bank or FTP Internet gateway and automatically checks for the latest software version and completes the update process. Dealers utilising the Dealer Solutions Internet upload facility also transfer their stock data using this system.  Training Dealer Solutions offer training in the dealership or in their fully featured training facilities. Training is available for new, intermediate and advanced users of all Dealer Solutions software products. Support Dealer Solutions provide comprehensive support services using state of the art call centre facilities. Different Levels of support are offered across the Dealer Solutions product range enabling all users from beginner to advanced to use any product in the Dealer Solutions software suite with confidence.
